Christian Education is an important component in every believer's life.  As believers in Jesus Christ, we are instructed to keep the Word of God before us and to learn from it's teachings and precepts in preparation for the great day of the Lord.  At Hope, we have several Christian Education opportunites that you will enjoy being a part of.

Sunday School for all ages.
Immediately following church every Sunday from September  ~ June.  Instruction is broken down by age groups.  Join us this term as we explore the Old Testament.  If you are willing to participate as a Sunday School teacher, please see Pastor Steve.

Children's Church:
During the morning worship service.  Children stay in the sanctuary with their parents through the song portion of our worship service, hear a brief children's sermon in the sanctuary and then are dismissed downstairs to receive age-appropriate instruction from our Children's Church leader, Joe Chambers (Mr. Joe).

Small Groups:
Small groups are short-term bible-based lessons lasting six to eight weeks, in which the members and friends of Hope Community Church gather together in fellowship, encouragement, prayer and, of course, learning!  We use a variety of materials, including publications from Willow Creek, the Serendipity Small Groups Bible, and a variety of other materials and learning tools.  Each study is decided upon by your group (with approval of materials overseen by the Christian Ed committee and the pastor).  Building relationships, establishing support, growing in Christ....join us for small groups!

Women's Book & Bible Studies
The women of Hope gather together in fellowship and prayer.  Held at various times throughout the year.  Some recent studies have included, The Grace Awakening, by Charles Swindoll and Paul, also written by Charles Swindoll.  If you would like to lead a women's study group, please see Jean Brooks.
